SCHOTTEL Industries Services GmbH is hiring a Head of Organisation, Legal & Compliance to advise executive management and operational specialist departments on complex legal and compliance matters, including contract, sales, commercial, trade, corporate, foreign trade, and data protection law. The role also leads the Organisation & Compliance function, develops contract standards, manages legal risks, supports disputes, coordinates external legal experts, oversees global compliance processes and insurance coverage, and conducts company-wide training. The position requires a law or business-law degree, several years of comparable professional experience, strong German and English skills, and preferably international exposure and leadership experience.
