The Head of Parent Experience (PX) leads the school's efforts to enhance family communication, engagement, and daily interactions. This role involves overseeing parent experience priorities, establishing operational standards, and managing strategic communications to foster trust and belonging among parents. The Head of PX also drives parent and community engagement, integrates parental feedback, and collaborates with various internal teams to align strategies and improve overall parent satisfaction.
