Entirely is hiring an experienced international P&O and HR Business Partner leader to take overall HR responsibility for an international IT organization of approximately 300–400 employees. The role is hybrid and permanent, combining global P&O leadership with hands-on HR Business Partner work. Responsibilities include leading the international P&O team, advising business leaders, managing employee relations and employment-law matters, driving talent, performance, compensation and organizational development initiatives, supporting change and transformation projects, improving global HR processes, and working with senior management. The role requires a relevant university degree, at least 10 years of senior HR leadership experience, international HR team leadership experience, fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel 30%.
