Equal1 is hiring an experienced Head of People to own and scale the HR function across Ireland, the Netherlands, Romania, the United States, and Canada. The role covers scalable HR foundations, compliance, compensation, people metrics, employee lifecycle, manager support, hiring operations, workforce planning, cross-border employment administration, payroll, benefits, and external vendor management. Candidates need at least five years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, familiarity with Irish employment legislation, experience managing HR across multiple jurisdictions, and strong coordination with finance, legal, payroll, and benefits providers.
