Description
The Head of Platform & Architecture leads Caava Group’s Architecture & Evolve Platform portfolio, including Architecture & API Standards, Evolve Studio, Shared Experience, and Quality Assurance. Reporting to the CTO, the role sets architecture and API standards, delivers reusable platform capabilities, establishes shared frontend foundations, provides release-quality testing evidence, and leads four squad leads and the portfolio roadmap. The position requires at least five years of software engineering experience with senior architecture or platform leadership experience, strong API and integration skills, cloud expertise, and experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of five or more.
