Cowboy Space Corporation is hiring a Reusable Flight Vehicle Structural Engineer to own the design, build, analysis, testing, and performance of reusable vehicle structures, including airframes, propellant tanks, interstages, thrust structures, and thermal protection. The role drives lightweight, reliable designs that survive ascent, entry, landing, and rapid reuse; leads FEA and hand calculations; coordinates manufacturing and test campaigns; and supports flight operations and post-flight improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering, at least 8 years of experience in structural design or mechanisms for flight hardware, and experience leading engineers or a team. The position offers $150,000–$225,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
