Finanz Informatik is hiring a Head of Process and Authorization Services to lead the Process and Authorization Services unit within the Application Development department. The role manages and develops application software supporting the Sparkassen Financial Group’s OSPlus system, including the KURS and ABS systems, as well as PPS_neo and PIKSA. Responsibilities include unit leadership, strategic alignment, work and resource planning, budget planning, stakeholder support, and application development. The position is available for the earliest possible date in Hanover, Münster, or Frankfurt and requires a business administration or comparable IT or banking degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and several years of experience leading employees in regulatory-requirement areas.
