Nūmi is hiring a Bioprocess Director to own the end-to-end industrialisation strategy for its human-milk-constituent bioproduction platform. Reporting to the CTO, the role will define the scale-up roadmap, lead upstream, downstream, formulation, automation and analytics, build and develop a technical team, manage capital and unit economics, oversee technology transfer and external manufacturing partnerships, and coordinate with CMC, regulatory, quality, R&D and preclinical teams. The position requires an MSc, PhD or engineering degree in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years of industrial bioprocess or biomanufacturing experience, including leadership of a manufacturing scale-up project exceeding €10 million in capital expenditure.
