The client is hiring a Head of Process Engineering – Polymer Technology / LDPE for full-time direct placement in Braunschweig. The role leads process-engineering teams and is responsible for planning and designing complex chemical-industry plants, coordinating basic and detailed engineering, supporting international EPC and plant-construction projects, reviewing specifications and calculations, optimizing existing plants, and contributing to quality, schedules, and technical solutions. Candidates need a degree in process, chemical, mechanical, or a comparable technical field, at least three years of relevant professional experience, technical leadership experience, strong process-engineering knowledge, and good German and English skills. The annual gross salary is €70,000 to €130,000, with home-office opportunities and other benefits.
