Highway is hiring a full-time Head of Product to define and execute the company’s product strategy and roadmap for innovative, secure, and scalable financial products. The role leads product teams, partners with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders, manages the product lifecycle and portfolio, and ensures alignment with customer needs, business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility. Candidates need at least 9 years of progressive product management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership, with mandatory banking or fintech product leadership experience and expertise in regulated environments.
