Description
PHIL is hiring a Head of Product - Integrations to lead its partnerships and integrations strategy across electronic health records, payers, plans, third-party providers, and other systems. The role owns the strategic roadmap, evaluates service providers, sets KPIs and operational SLAs, leads cross-functional product and engineering work, and mentors product team members. It requires 10+ years of product management experience, healthcare or pharmacy-integration experience, strong technical and data fluency, senior-stakeholder influence, and education in technology, healthcare, or pharmacy; an MBA is highly desired.
