Head of Product Management at Interrahealth

Interra Health is hiring a Head of Product Management to own the product management discipline across its core healthcare platform covering eligibility, prescribing and affordability, access, and routing. The role sets product strategy and roadmaps, makes final tradeoff decisions, builds customer and market intelligence, develops the product management team, and partners with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and other functions. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of product management experience, and 4–6 years leading product management teams, along with healthcare data, FHIR interoperability, and informatics expertise. The position is fully remote within the United States with approximately 20% travel and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
