PHIL is hiring a Head of Product - Market Expansion to lead the company’s market and therapeutic-area expansion strategy, translating business priorities into product requirements and roadmaps. The role owns expansion capabilities for specialty pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, biologics, and medication therapy management; drives platform improvements, integrations, KPIs, user research, and cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and other teams. It requires 10+ years of product management experience, healthcare or pharmacy experience, strong strategic and technical leadership, and AI product experience. The position is fully remote in the listed United States states and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
