The employer is seeking a Head of Production / Production Manager to lead and coordinate its CNC-based, skilled manual production area. The role is responsible for cost efficiency, on-time delivery, quality, production planning, scheduling, work preparation, CNC manufacturing, goods receiving and dispatch, employee development, process optimization, quality assurance, and occupational health and safety. Candidates should have a technical degree or advanced technical apprenticeship, several years of professional and management experience in CNC-based production, ERP production-control experience, English and IT skills, and a hands-on, structured approach.
