Description
Munich Electrification is hiring a Head of Program Management to own the end-to-end execution of its project portfolio across automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial battery energy storage systems. The role leads Project Leads, Product Owners, and Field Application Engineers; manages teams, staffing, governance, commercial and technical delivery, cross-project dependencies, and escalations; and reports to the Chief Customer Officer. It requires at least eight years of program or project management leadership experience in automotive, battery, or power electronics, along with a university degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the option to work from anywhere for six weeks per year.
