CRS Guinea is hiring a Country Program Manager to lead the strategic direction, project design, implementation, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, business development, partnerships, and senior programming staff for large and complex international development programs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of program management experience including five years in a Head of Programming or management position, substantial experience with public donor grants, and strong English and French language skills. The position requires travel of up to 20% and offers benefits for U.S.-based staff.
