VESTNER Aufzüge GmbH is hiring a Head of Project Implementation and Elevator Installation to lead project implementation teams and oversee elevator installation projects from order acceptance through customer handover. The role manages project managers, installers, adjusters, subcontractors, schedules, costs, quality, safety, documentation, logistics, and stakeholder relationships, while contributing to process improvement and employee development. Candidates need technical or commercial vocational training, several years of project execution or construction-site management experience, leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of installation and scheduling, and willingness to travel nationwide. The position is based in Dornach or Berlin and offers above-tariff pay, training, pension provision, and other benefits.
