Baugenossenschaft Speyer eG is hiring a Head of Property Management to lead property management operations across letting, tenant support, membership affairs, social management, and reception. The role coordinates workflows, supports five employees, handles legal and tenancy disputes, manages rent planning and increases, optimizes and digitalizes processes, coordinates cross-departmental projects, and advises the Executive Board. The position requires a degree in real estate management or business administration or comparable qualification, solid housing-industry experience, and ideally team leadership and digitalization experience. It offers a 37-hour weekly schedule, tariff-based compensation, pension provision, employee benefits, onboarding, and a possible rental apartment.
