Davies is hiring a Head of Proposition - Motor to lead the strategic direction, commercial performance, and long-term evolution of its Core & Volume Motor proposition across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and growing European markets. The role owns motor claims and legal solutions, develops innovative offerings, builds relationships with senior insurer stakeholders, drives profitable growth, leads high-profile client engagements and RFPs, influences pricing and commercial negotiations, and develops a high-performing team. Candidates need significant motor insurance experience, a strong record of proposition development and revenue growth, senior insurer relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior insurance decision-makers.
