IMS Nanofabrication is hiring an Incoming Inspection Manager to lead the Incoming Inspection team and manage quality assurance for supplied components, assemblies, and materials in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role covers inspection standards, risk-based control plans, non-conformity handling, CAPA, supplier qualification and audits, quality monitoring, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Operations, and Engineering. The position requires a technical university degree, several years of relevant quality or manufacturing experience, leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. It offers an annual gross salary of 75,000 euros plus bonus and KV Metallgewerbe, along with flexible working arrangements and other employee benefits.
