Florapharm is hiring a Head of Quality for permanent full-time employment at its Scheßlitz site near Bamberg. The role leads quality management, quality assurance, and quality control across three production sites, develops quality strategies, manages internal and external audits, monitors regulatory requirements, leads quality employees, and represents the company in industry and internal negotiations. The profile requires a technical or natural science degree, preferably a state-certified food chemist, relevant food-industry quality leadership experience, regulatory knowledge, project management and problem-solving skills, SAP and MS Office experience, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel approximately 20%.
