IQ-EQ is hiring a Head of Real Assets – APAC to lead and grow its real estate and infrastructure business across the Asia-Pacific region. The role owns the regional business plan, drives revenue growth through business development and client acquisition, manages the sales pipeline and commercial negotiations, develops strategic client plans, and represents IQ-EQ at industry events. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years of experience in relevant sectors, strong APAC real assets networks, and expertise in real estate, infrastructure, alternative investments, and complex fund structures.
