Description
Abundant is hiring a Head of Recruiting to define and execute its recruiting strategy across the full lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate identification through on-site interviews and closing. The role will build sourcing pipelines, create interview runbooks, train interviewers, develop candidate personas, and build the recruiting team as needed. Candidates should have experience across the recruiting lifecycle, strong leadership and individual-contributor capabilities, and fluency in AI-related roles and titles.
