Description
Anrok is hiring a Head of Recruiting to lead and scale a recruiting team of 4–6 people, manage executive and Staff+ technical searches, forecast headcount, maintain recruiting dashboards, and own employer-branding programs. The role requires extensive recruiting experience, including leading recruiting teams in high-growth technology companies or venture capital firms, scaling teams during rapid growth, and hiring technical and non-technical talent. The position is based in Anrok’s office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Salt Lake City, with a hybrid arrangement requiring in-person collaboration three days per week.
