Head of Recruitment and Retention at EMJ

EMJ is hiring a Head of Recruitment & Retention to lead recruitment strategy and the people function across EMJ and AMJ, coach the recruitment team, own key hires, improve the employee lifecycle, and drive retention and engagement. The role reports to the Finance Director, is based in the London/Moorgate office, follows a hybrid pattern with three office days, and pays £70,000–£75,000. Candidates need at least three years of experience leading an in-house talent acquisition or recruitment function in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation, along with sourcing, commercial, analytical, and people-management experience.
