Head of Regulatory Reporting at MeDirect

MeDirect is hiring a full-time Head of Regulatory Reporting to lead the bank’s prudential regulatory reporting function under ECB supervision. The role owns COREP, FINREP, SRB, and other supervisory submissions; oversees RWA calculation and validation under Basel IV/CRR3; leads reporting infrastructure, automation, data quality, controls, and governance; and serves as the primary interface with regulators, auditors, the Board, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires a degree in a relevant discipline, 8–10 years of regulatory reporting experience in a Eurozone bank, supervisor, or Big 4 firm, and at least 3–5 years in leadership.
