Airwallex is hiring a Senior Director/Head of Risk Operations to lead a global team responsible for client onboarding, periodic reviews, in-life behaviour, fraud and credit risk controls, and operational excellence. The role owns strategy, team leadership, resourcing, OKRs, performance management, automation and AI transformation, and cross-functional risk operations. It requires senior leadership experience in regulated financial services or payments/fintech, scaling Risk Operations across geographies, fraud and ATO risk control, commercial and analytical judgement, cross-functional delivery, and big-data analytics. The position is based in London or Singapore.
