Description
The Head of Risk Selection and Claims leads SCOR's Medical Underwriting and Claims department across France, Lebanon, and French-speaking Africa. The role owns department strategy, operational excellence, client service quality, risk governance, audits, training, business development, and representation before industry and regulatory bodies. It also drives digital transformation, data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and manages a team of 15 employees and 3 Medical Advisors.
