MONEI is hiring a senior B2B sales leader to build the Card Present sales motion for Tap to Pay on iPhone in Spain from zero. The role owns the sales organization, hiring, playbook, ICP, channel strategy, revenue targets, forecasting, pricing and unit economics, marketing alignment, product feedback, and field coaching. It requires at least five years of B2B sales leadership experience, direct payments or merchant-services experience in Spain or Southern Europe, a proven record of hitting quarterly revenue targets, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to work hybrid between Málaga and Barcelona.
