Klim is hiring a Head of Scientific Modelling to lead the development, integration, validation, and scientific governance of soil organic carbon and broader regenerative agriculture models. The role owns core process-based biogeochemical models such as RothC, defines ensemble modelling strategies, manages soil scientists in a matrix organisation, and ensures alignment with carbon certification and MRV standards.
