Head of Secure Data Center Scaling at security-level-5

Security Level 5 is hiring a Datacenter Security Engineer to help design and build the first Security Level 5 datacenter for frontier AI labs. The role develops a practical roadmap for a full-scale build, estimates schedules and costs, sequences permitting, shell, power, cooling, accelerator procurement, and ICD 705 physical work, translates security and zoning requirements into buildable constraints, and coordinates with technical partners. The position is in-person in the Bay Area and offers a base salary of $250,000-$500,000 USD per year plus healthcare, dental, vision, and other benefits.
