Description
Aptitude Software is hiring a permanent, full-time Head of Security in London on a hybrid basis. The role owns product and cloud security, governance, risk and compliance, vendor security, business continuity, disaster recovery, security tooling, and the security strategy and roadmap. It reports to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, sits within the technology leadership team, and will lead four security professionals at appointment with scope to grow the team through 2027. The role requires a career in security, hands-on technical experience, team leadership experience, experience in a software or SaaS company serving regulated enterprise customers, knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2, cloud security experience on AWS and Azure, and experience with third-party and vendor risk management.
