Foundry Robotics is hiring its first Head of Security to own the end-to-end security and compliance program for a robotics manufacturing company. The role includes achieving CMMC Level 2 certification, maintaining NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS compliance, establishing ITAR/EAR export controls, securing identity, endpoint, network, and cloud infrastructure, leading incident response, managing vendor risk, and building a security team. The position is 100% in-person in Emeryville, California, requires U.S. person status, and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
