Head of Security at pivotal-health

Pivotal Health is hiring a Head of Security to build and own the company’s security program from the ground up. The role combines security strategy, engineering collaboration, cloud, infrastructure, and application security, compliance and regulatory readiness including SOC 2 and HIPAA, threat monitoring, customer and stakeholder communication, security awareness, and guidance for AI and LLM technologies.
