Description
The Head of Site IT Services is a senior IT leadership role overseeing IT operations across six manufacturing sites in PolyPeptide’s global CDMO network. The position manages a distributed team of 14 IT professionals, including two managers, and is responsible for secure, compliant, and efficient IT services supporting pharmaceutical development and manufacturing operations. The role requires people leadership, experience with IT in manufacturing and regulated environments, and the ability to coordinate and standardize services and processes across an international setting, while enabling IT transformation toward more business-embedded, proactive functions.
