DIN Solutions GmbH is hiring a Head of Software Engineering (m/f/d) in Berlin to lead one of its largest development areas, manage approximately 10–15 software developers, develop team structures, build a management layer of team leads, coach employees, and support organizational transformation. The role requires several years of software development or engineering team leadership experience, disciplinary leadership experience, knowledge of modern software architectures and development processes, strong communication and decision-making skills, German language proficiency, and interest in modern technologies and artificial intelligence. It is a full-time position with flexible working hours and up to 49% mobile work.
