Description
Flow is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager to build and scale its small systems engineering team while running technical evaluations for mid-market and enterprise deals. The role owns the SE playbook, hiring profile, onboarding and certification program, evaluation framework, and the handoff from technical win to deployment, while reporting to the Head of Sales and working as a peer to the account executive team. The manager will lead the team through growth to 10+ systems engineers across regions within 12 months.
