Metrea is seeking a Head of Special Air Missions (Europe) to lead and shape its European SAM organization. This senior leadership role involves designing scalable systems, frameworks, and teams, as well as delivering results day-to-day across high-value aerospace programs throughout Europe. The successful candidate will build and scale teams across multiple countries, influence the wider business, and operate effectively in ambiguity while cultivating a culture aligned with Metrea’s FIRMWARE values.
