Description
Midnite is hiring a Head of Sportsbook Performance to own margin optimisation across its sportsbook, diagnose leakage, and improve pricing, limits, promotions, and configuration. The role partners with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams; establishes reporting and governance; manages a Trading Quant; and develops tooling and AI-driven workflows. It is an onsite position in Gibraltar and requires deep sportsbook trading or performance experience, strong analytical and commercial judgement, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
