Midnite is hiring a Head of Sportsbook Performance for a remote role in the United Kingdom. The position owns sportsbook margin performance and optimisation, diagnoses leakage across cohorts, markets, and products, and leads improvements to pricing, limits, stake factors, promotions, and configuration. It partners with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams; establishes reporting and governance; manages a Trading Quant; and develops tooling and AI-driven workflows with Engineering. Candidates need deep sportsbook trading or performance experience, strong analytical and commercial judgement, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
