BridgeBio is hiring a Head of Strategic Planning to partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Legal Officer on long-range corporate strategy, annual planning, pipeline and affiliate prioritization, competitive intelligence, strategic transactions, and Board- and investor-facing materials. The role requires 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or investment banking, with biopharmaceutical or life sciences exposure, and is based in Palo Alto or San Francisco with in-person presence expected. The salary range is $335,000 to $370,000 USD for California-based candidates, with health benefits, equity, and other rewards.
