Midnite is hiring a Head of Strategy & Operations to join its Canada leadership team and partner with the Canada GM on launching and scaling its Canadian sports betting and gaming business. The role owns the Canadian strategy, operating model, budget, P&L, forecasting, performance reviews, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional execution, while building a high-performing team and establishing an entrepreneurial operating cadence.
