Head of Strategy at Marsh

Marsh Risk Germany is hiring a Head of Strategy to report to the CEO and work with the Executive Committee. The role defines the business strategy for Marsh Risk Germany, leads M&A activities and strategic projects, analyzes market and industry trends, and builds and leads a team. Candidates should have 4–7 years of consulting experience, insurance and brokerage industry expertise, and ideally M&A experience, with German and English communication skills.
