Description
Xapo Bank is hiring a Head of Structured Solutions to own an established revenue-generating credit fund and its counterparty relationships, set the strategic direction for structured products, and build the function as it scales. The role covers credit underwriting, counterparty due diligence, risk monitoring, fund origination, execution, operations, treasury and banking input, and team leadership. It is a full-time, 100% remote position with authority to grow the team and report directly to the CFO.
