Description
FCP Euro is hiring a Head of Supplier Quality & Compliance to build and lead its supplier quality function across a global network of aftermarket and OE suppliers. The role will establish quality standards, onboarding, audit, qualification, packaging, labeling, data, inbound handling, supplier scorecards, chargeback governance, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and compliance processes; lead supplier quality teams; and reduce defects, returns, warranty claims, and supply-risk while supporting scalable growth. The position requires 10+ years of supplier quality, manufacturing, or supply chain experience, strong automotive aftermarket knowledge, and expertise in quality methodologies and ERP/QMS systems. Compensation is a base salary of $160,000–$200,000 annually, with total compensation of $195,200–$244,000.
