Potentiam is seeking a Head of System Architecture to lead the design, integration, and evolution of a complex Go-To-Market (GTM) systems ecosystem. The successful candidate will own the architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and associated integrations, defining standards and roadmaps to ensure seamless operations for Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams. This role involves translating business needs into system designs, reducing rework and tech debt, and driving efficient, scalable solutions that directly impact revenue generation.
