Description
Flowcode is hiring a Head of Talent to own talent acquisition, people operations, employee experience, and internal operations for its New York office. The role defines hiring standards and scorecards, maintains a warm talent pipeline, sources and closes senior hires, manages HRIS and PEO systems, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, onboarding, retention, and company-wide communications. It requires at least seven years of People and talent experience, including two years leading talent at a company of 50–500 people, hands-on People operations experience, senior-hire closing experience, AI workflow experience, and strong communication skills. The position is onsite five days per week and offers a $200,000–$225,000 base salary plus performance bonus and equity.
