NewsBreak is hiring a Head of Talent to own and scale its end-to-end talent acquisition function. The role leads the recruiting team, develops talent strategy and workforce planning, personally manages senior and confidential searches, builds employer brand and candidate experience, and establishes scalable recruiting operations and AI-powered workflows. It requires at least 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 4+ years leading and scaling a recruiting team, with experience in technical organizations and strategic executive partnership. The position offers an annual base salary of $165,000 to $250,000 USD, with possible discretionary bonus and options.
