Description
Pilgrim is hiring a Head of Talent to own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, science, operations, and other critical functions. The role includes sourcing and assessing candidates, building outbound and inbound recruiting channels, mapping technical communities, designing interview processes, managing the recruiting operating system and ATS, and developing AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows. Candidates should have prior technical recruiting experience, a record of finding exceptional candidates through nonstandard channels, strong judgment in evaluating candidates, ATS and recruiting-tool experience, and experience organizing technical or university events.
