Description
HealthLeap is hiring a Head of Technical Implementation to lead multiple hospital deployments from requirements and acceptance criteria through go-live and stabilization. The role works with clinicians, hospital IT teams, executives, and engineers; independently tests endpoints, data feeds, APIs, and SQL extracts; resolves integration gaps; and develops deployment playbooks. It is a senior individual-contributor role that will evolve into an implementation-team lead, requires 5+ years of complex customer-facing software implementation or technical product delivery experience, and is based in San Francisco with default in-person collaboration and flexibility to work from home.
